Fusion Motorsport has been operating for 15 years and has grown into the most successful cadet kart team in history.

Our aim is to develop drivers on the first rung of the motorsport ladder and give them experience of learning in a professional environment.  Our attention to detail, from equipment preparation and selection, to driver development and training is the key to our success and a formula that many have tried to emulate.

Oliver Rowland – Williams F1 Reserve Driver

Oliver was Fusion’s first Champion winning the Cadet S1 series in 2003, going on to win the British Junior Championship, before a successful single seater career as an RSF driver. In 2017 he finished 2nd in the F2 Championship with Dams.  He has recently been announced as the Williams F1 Reserve Driver and is the first ex-Fusion driver to reach F1.

Jack Harvey – currently competing in Indy Car

Jack finished 4th in the Cadet British Championship in 2004 with Fusion, he went on to become MSA British Junior Champion and in 2012 won the British F3 Championship. He then crossed the Atlantic to race in the USA and finished 2nd in the Indy Lights Championship and enjoyed a successful Indy Car career.

Charlie Robertson – currently competing in LMP2

Charlie finished runner up in the MSA British Cadet Championship in 2008, he went into Ginettas in 2010 and never looked back, winning the Ginetta Junior Championship in 2012, the utopian Le Mans series in 2014 and is a front runner in LPM2.  He is employed as a professional driver by Ginetta and in 2018 will race the in the LMP1 WEC Championship.

Daniel Ticktum – currently competing in Renault Eurocup as a Red Bull Junior Driver.  2017 McLaren Autosport Award Winner.

Daniel dominated the 2011 Cadet Championship, becoming the first driver to win the ‘grand slam’; the MSA British Championship, S1 Championship, British Open Championship and Kartmasters GP, he went on the win at international level with RFM and finish 2nd in the WSK Championship. His single seater career has not brought any Championships to date, but his stunning pace has earned him a place on the Red Bull Junior program.  In 2017 he won the coveted McLaren Autosport Award, the second ex-Fusion driver to win this accolade.

Enaam Ahmed – 2017 British F3 Champion, currently competing in Euro F3 with Hitech

Enaam won the 2012 Super One Championship in Cadet with Fusion and finished runner up in the British Championship, he went on to win the European Junior Championship and the WSK Series in 2014 with RFM. He finished 2015 as the MSA Formula Rookie Champion and went on to win the British F3 crown for 2017.

Alex Quinn – currently competing in British F4 Championship with Arden

Alex won the 2014 LGM Series as well as the Kartmasters GP title and the British Open Championship with Fusion. Following two successful years in Junior he won the RSF scholarship to become the latest RSF backed driver, winning the British F4 Rookie Championship in 2016.

Oliver York – currently competing in British F4 Championship with Fortec

Oliver won the MSA British Championship in 2014 as well as the Super One title. Following 2 years in the Rotax classes, Oliver rejoined Fusion for a one off race and won the Junior X30 World Championship in 2016. In 2017 he took several outright wins and podiums in his Rookie season.

Harry Thompson – currently competing in WSK and CIK OK Championships with RFM

Harry won the British Cadet title and LGM in 2016 with Fusion and in 2017 went on to finish 3rd in both the CIK FIA European Championship and World Championship with RFM and win the LGM series and the World Championship in X30 with Fusion.
