In timed qualifying, McLean set the fastest time, ahead of Josh Rowledge in 2nd and Aaron Walker in 3rd. Ian Aguilera followed up from his SuperPrix victory to post the 5th fastest time, ahead of team mate Edgar in 6th.
In Heat 1, Rowledge took victory, pipping Edgar in 2nd and McLean in 3rd. Aguilera picked up a nose cone penalty, finishing down in 7th. Come Heat 2, Aguilera bounced back to take victory, with Walker in 2nd and Rowledge 3rd. Edgar climbed 2 spots to 4th and McLean limped home in 7th after a scary last lap accident with Rowledge, resulting in the Fusion driver becoming airborne, however survived unharmed.
In Final 1, Aguilera was victorious, ahead of Rowledge in 2nd followed by Edgar in 3rd. McLean crossed the line in 4th but received a nose cone penalty dropping him to 6th. In the last race of the weekend, Final 2 saw victory go to Rowledge, followed by Edgar in 2nd and McLean in 3rd. Aguilera was unfortunate not to finish, after battling for the lead with Rowledge, ending up in the tyres at the last corner.
